Ed O’Malley started out in the precast industry as a form carpenter building wood forms for precast boxes back in 1988. After moving up to QC Manager, Engineering Technician, and Product Manager, Ed briefly left the industry to go into Information Technologies. The two skill sets merged when joining Muka Development Group in 2004. Ed is involved with all the Titan II installations, dealing with SQL Server setup, sever and workstation installs in addition to training and support for both inside Muka Development Group and for our clients.
Kinetha Delgado is our Senior Product Manager. She has been a Muka Development Group, LLC employee since 2000. She holds accountability in organizing and monitoring all daily process escalations as well as the service-level agreements for the internal teams to meet the client expectations. She conducts research on data information to resolve back-end issues using SQL and Microsoft Access. She also ensures coordination of training schedules and prioritization by leading regular conference calls with key client personnel. Kinetha graduated Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.
Alex Muka is a Software Engineer and head of our Sales Department. He is also responsible for assisting in client set-up and technical support. Alex graduated from Monmouth University with a B.S. in Software Engineering.
Randy Meckley is our Integration Developer and Support Technician. He worked for a Precaster for 5 years as a Draftsman and IT Manager before working here a Muka Development Group. Randy is a C# developer working with technologies like, WPF, WinForms, WCF, and SQL Server. He has built many custom Integration solutions for our customers, ranging from flat file imports to working with other web services. Randy loves working with technology, and working with people in the Precast Concrete industry.
Tom Reilly is responsible for assisting in client set-up on the Titan software through on-site and online trainings. He is also a member of the technical support team. Tom received his B.S. in Business Administration at the University of Rhode Island and Master’s in Business Administration at Monmouth University.
Pam DeLisa is responsible for assisting in client set-up on the Titan software through on-site and online trainings. She is also a member of the technical support team.
